Questions

Common Questions.

Honest answers about what we do, what it costs, and what to expect.

What does it cost?

The assessment is free. Pricing for actual removal is discussed after we review your specific case. We confirm pricing in writing before any work begins. You pay only after the review is removed.

How long does removal take?

Recent reviews (under 30 days old) tend to process fastest. Older reviews vary. We provide a realistic timeline estimate after the free assessment.

What if the review can't be removed?

You owe nothing. No fees, no charges, no obligations. We only get paid on successful removal, so we only take cases we believe in.

What types of reviews can be removed?

Reviews that violate Google's content policies. Common categories: harassment, spam, off-topic content, conflicts of interest, restricted content, fake reviews, and reviews from people who were never customers. Honest negative reviews from real customers are not removable.

Is this legitimate?

Yes. We work exclusively through Google's official content reporting channels. We do not suppress reviews, post fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or use deceptive tactics. Our work is based on identifying actual policy violations.

Do you need access to my Google account?

No. We do not request login credentials, account access, or anything that requires you to share sensitive information. The process works entirely through Google's public reporting tools.

What information do you need from me?

The link to the review or the Google listing it appears on. Optionally, any context that helps us understand the situation (history with the reviewer, prior attempts, etc).

What if I have multiple reviews to remove?

Submit them through the same assessment form or contact us directly. We'll assess each individually and provide an estimate covering all.

How do I know when a review is removed?

You'll receive a notification from us with confirmation. You can also check the review's URL directly. The listing will no longer show the removed review.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, debit card, ACH bank transfer. Invoiced after confirmed removal, due on receipt.

Can I cancel after submitting the assessment?

Yes, anytime before work begins. Submitting an assessment carries no obligation. You only commit when you sign the engagement agreement, which happens after pricing is confirmed.

Do you work with reviews on other platforms (Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc)?

We currently focus on Google reviews exclusively. Other platforms have different policies and processes.
